In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, Ramada Plaza Dua Sentral Kuala Lumpur’s brigade of Chefs led by Kembali Kitchen’s Sous Chef Zaiuddin B. Abu Bakar will take diners on a gourmet journey with a myriad of mouth-watering cuisines for diners’ indulgence.

Located on the 1st floor of the hotel, Kembali Kitchen is a chic, contemporary yet warm and atmospheric restaurant that emphasises on delivering the highest culinary standards, where dining is about the entire experience, not just about food.


Five rotation menus featuring a repertoire of traditional favourites and home-recipes such as Kambing Panggan with Rosemary, BBQ and Mint Sauce, Daging Tulang Rawan Rendang, Ikan Asam Pedan, Sotong Goreng dengan Telur Masin, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Sayur Nangka Masak Lemak Cilipadi, Ikan Bawal Hitam Sos Lada Hijau, Udang Berempah, Ketam Lemak Cilipadi, Kacang Botol Belacan, Daging Goreng Kunyit, Ketam Masak Merah, Kurma telur, Ikan Maak Thai Cili dengan Daun Selasih, Ayam Panggang Percik  and lots more await diners.

Besides traditional Malay cuisine comprising over 60 sumptuous dishes ranging from appetisers, ulam-ulam (greens) and salads, main courses, carving stalls, noodle counter and desserts corner, diners should not miss the chefs-in-action stalls. There is also a wide choice of International dishes for guests to sample, such as Pan Seared Salmon with Citrus, Wok-Fried Squid with Dry Chilli and Thick Soya Sauce, Grilled Seabass with Lime Butter, Braised Chicken mushroom and Fungi Abalone with Hong Kong Green, Spaghetti Alio-Olio, Gratin Potatoes with Leeks, Chicken Tandoori with Pickled Onion, Lamb Dhalca, Pasta Bolognaise, Muglai Lamb, just to name a few. With the elaborate counter displays of food, diners are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining at Kembali Kitchen.

Kembali Kitchen ‘Buka Puasa’ Treat menu starts from 18 June to 16 July 2015 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Prices are RM100.00 nett (adult), RM80.00 nett (senior citizen) and RM50.00 nett (child). Early bird voucher is available for sale from now till 15 June 2015 and enjoy 10% savings.

Kembali Kitchen is open seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Breakfast: 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
