Kuala Lumpur, 10 September 2014 – Best Western Dua Sentral joins the longest-running and best-known gastronomic event, Malaysia International Gourmet Festival, which is now in its 14th year. This year’s theme is ‘Red Hot Chefs’, showcasing the expertise of the country’s top resident chefs in the bid to elevate Malaysian cuisine at the international scene.
By staying true to her culinary culture, Grill 582’s Sous Chef Siti Arini Darsom will helm the kitchen for the second consecutive year to offer epicureans one-off gastronomic adventure through her sumptuous six-course festival menu, prepared with great simplicity and honesty.
Chef Siti Arini Darsom assured food lovers that there is something for every palate. Using the freshest available ingredients, herbs, spices with a clever combination of different cooking methods, colors, textures, flavours, tastes, layouts and presentations, the dining experience at Grill 582 during the festival will be memorable, unique and delicious.

Be it an intimate dinner for two or a corporate get-together, Grill 582 is a meeting spot for those who enjoy good food, fine wines and vintage champagnes.
Grill 582 can accommodate up to 80 persons at one time and there is also an exclusive private dining room that seats 8 to 10 persons for guests who prefer privacy. Grill 582 is open daily from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
The Malaysia International Gourmet Festival is available from 1 to 31 October 2014 from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm. The full festival menu is priced at RM260.00++ per person with wine pairing and RM220.00++ per person without wine pairing while the light festival menu is priced at RM190.00++ per person with wine pairing and RM150.00++ per person without wine pairing.
