Chef Hilmi is happy to share the authentic taste of Turkey to the people of Jakarta as he brings over 15 years of experience working in Starwood hotels and has excelled in preparing Turkish and International cuisine. Using premium ingredients, he has created some of his signature dishes, such as Sultan Kebab, beef entrecote served with vegetables; Kuzu Coban Kavurma, shepherd braised lamb with green bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms and tomato baked in casserole; Balik Izgara, grilled fish with lemon Campari dressing; and the famous Turkish dessert, Baklava, layers of paper-thin phyllo pastry with chopped nuts and honey.
