Etihad Airways is implementing a number of adjustments to its fleet, network, and schedule during the upcoming IATA winter 2015 season.

The airline’s service between Abu Dhabi and Kuala Lumpur will operate 12 times a week during the coming IATA winter season, commencing on 25 October 2015, compared to the current double daily frequency.

The new schedule will continue to provide guests with connectivity to key markets in the GCC, Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America.

Etihad Airways apologises for any inconvenience these schedule adjustments may cause. Along with the airline’s travel agency partners, Etihad will work closely and directly with its guests who are affected by the flight adjustments to notify them of the changes to their itineraries and re-accommodate them on other flights that meet their travel needs.

Customers who wish to reach us directly may contact Etihad Airways’ global contact centre on +60 3 2687 2222 (within Kuala Lumpur) or +971 (0) 2 599 0000 (outside Kuala Lumpur).
