Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano announces Emad Ebeid as the new Executive Chef to oversee the whole operation of nine upscale outlets and banquet events as well.
Chef Emad studied at the Hotel and Tourism Institute and started working with Nile Hilton after his graduation as of 1992, until 1997. During this time, he was privileged to have several cross exposures to learn the techniques of different cuisines including French, Japanese and Asian with Hilton Brussels, Tokyo and Singapore respectively. In addition, he was selected to represent Egypt in the competition of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs that was held in California 1996, where he won the silver medal.
In 1997, Chef Emad decided to discover the world so he moved to the USA, where he worked as senior chef de partie at the InterContinental The Willard Washington DC. Later in 2000, he moved back to the Nile and joined the opening team of the Royal Meridian Tower in the capacity of banquet sous chef.
In 2004, Emad joined the family of Four Seasons at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza Hotel as Zitouni Restaurant Sous Chef, specialized in Oriental cuisine, which he loves the most. There, he showed a great deal of commitment and dedication, and spared no effort to make the restaurant the best place in town. Then after this proven success he was promoted to Banquet Chef in 2005 overseeing upscale corporate and wedding events of Cairo society. His passion and experience led him to another well deserved promotion to become the Executive Sous Chef in 2010 overseeing the Nile Plaza kitchens.
Now, it is time for Emad to put on the Executive Chef hat at San Stefano.
