Fans of Egyptian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine can now look forward to a sumptuous encounter with Egyptian Guest Chef Ayman Ibrahim’s creations. Available until 31 October, diners have the option to feast from the a la carte menu available at Chatz Brasserie, Hot Gossip, Klix Lounge, Pool Bar, room service or the set menu at Chatz Brasserie. The a la carte menu features 37 items, thoughtfully selected by Chef Ayman and available from 12:00 p.m to 12:00 a.m daily. They include appetisers such as Falafel (chickpea croquettes served with Tahinah), Hommous (chickpea spread) and Shorbah Harirah (creamy lentil with pasta chickpeas, beans and lamb cubes) are among the soups available. The a la carte menu features 37 items, thoughtfully selected by Chef Ayman and available from 12:00 p.m to 12:00 a.m daily. For your main course, Ozie (lamb shank stewed with tomato and served with rice), Mandy (lamb with Arabian saffron rice), Shish Tawook (skewered chicken cubes), Dajaj Kabsah (chicken with bukhari rice), Samak Mashwi (pan-fried salmon fish fillet glazed with Tahinah), Jambary Mashwi (grilled prawns with saffron sauce) and Lahm Mashawah (grilled beef) are among your available choices. For a vegetarian option, Mosagah Jabnah (baked eggplant with tomato and cheese) or Fooll Akhdar (bread beans with rice and herbs) can be your options. All main courses are served with a choice of rice, bread or potatoes. Should you wish to order additional rice, select from choices such as Roz Boukhary (bukhari rice), Roz Mandy (smoked saffron rice), Roz Bil Shabet (dill rice) and Roz Saiadiah (fried onion rice).

Basbosah (Semolina Cakes)

Delicious desserts include Kashul (almond pudding), Baklava (nuts in filo pastry), Basbosah (semolina cake) and Roz Bil Halib (rice pudding). These traditionally prepared sweet treats will definitely set your palate to look forward to your next Middle Eastern dining experience.

The Middle East Specialities Set Menu includes one appetiser, one soup, a choice of Mandy (RM88 nett), Dajaj Kabsah (RM85 nett) or Samak Saiadiah – deep-fried served in pungent sauce (RM85 nett) and one dessert. It is available from 12:00 p.m to 12.00 a.m daily.
