AirAsia’s service from Singapore to Ipoh took off today, strengthening connectivity to the Bougainvillea City. The flight departed Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 at 11:40am and arrived at Sultan Azlan Shah Airport in Ipoh at 1.00pm.

LCCT@KLIA2, 24 November 2016 – AirAsia Berhad (“AirAsia” or “the Company”) today reported its results for the quarter ended 30 September 2016 (“3Q16”).  AirAsia Group – Proforma Consolidated Results of AirAsia Berhad and Associate Airlines The AirAsia Group, consisting of AirAsia Berhad and associate airlines in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India and Japan, posted combined revenue of RM2.97 billion for the quarter, up 6% from RM2.80 billion in the same quarter last year. Operating profit for the Group was RM525.9 million for the quarter, up from RM332.2 million in the same quarter last year. The Group’s profit before taxation for the quarter was at RM403.6 million, while cash balances stood at RM2.80 billion. SEPANG, 15 SEPTEMBER 2016 – AirAsia, the world’s best low-cost airline becomes the first airline in Southeast Asia to operate the Airbus A320neo aircraft powered by CFM International LEAP-1A engines. The official welcoming ceremony of the aircraft with registration number 9M-NEO was held today near Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Kuala Lumpur, 15th April 2016 – Emirates has unveiled plans to boost capacity to London, its most popular destination outside of Dubai and one of the top five international destinations Malaysians travel to from Kuala Lumpur via Emirates, with the addition of a tenth daily flight starting 1st October 2016. OMAN AIR was named winner of the World’s Best Business Class Airline Seat award at the 2011 World Airline Awards, in a ceremony held in the French Air and Space Museum at the Paris Air Show. The runners-up in this Best Business Class Airline Seat category are Singapore Airlines taking 2nd place in the category, ahead of Qatar Airways in 3rd position.
