Thai dishes are full of flavour and with the excellent combination of exotic spices and natural herbs as well as fresh ingredients used in Thai recipes, diners are in for an unforgettable dining experience. Each Thai dish has its own characteristic in flavour not to mention its balance of five fundamental tastes which include spicy, sour, sweet, salty and sometimes bitter. Thrill your taste buds with our special Thai appetisers such as Beef Salad, Papaya Salad, Thai Fish Cake Salad, Kra-Tong Thong (Crispy flour cups filled with sautéed chicken, onion, snow peas & corns with a touch of black pepper and garlic, served with cucumber salad), Mussels Salad, Roasted Duck Salad, Glass Noodle Salad, Thai Bean Curd Triangles (Triangle shaped bean curd, served with thick spicy sweet and sour sauce topped with ground roasted peanuts) and Mango & Shrimp Salad to name a few.
Thai cuisine is famous for its zesty Tom Yum Soup, which is also known to boost your immune system and to prevent from flu viruses due to combination of herbs and spices. Savour One World Hotel’s version of Tom Yum Goong, tasty Tom Kha Kai, (Slices of chicken with mushrooms in with additional light coconut milk to add thickness and flavour) and delicious Po–Tak Soup (Mixed seafood in hot and sour soup with basil flavour), best eaten with a bowl of fragrant steamed rice.
Main offerings include Red Curry Chicken, Screwpine Baked Chicken with sweet and sour dip, Thai Prawn Chilli Paste Sauce, Prik Pao Seafood, (sautéed seafood in sweet chilli sauce with mushrooms, carrot, scallions, snow peas and baby corn), Siamese Fried Mee Hoon, Thai Basil Squid, Pad Thai (Stir-fried rice noodle), Green Curry Beef (Flavoured with green chilli paste and green beans, red peppers and sprinkled with basil leaves), Pineapple Fried Rice and Kang Karee (Thai Yellow Curry with Beef).
Not to be missed are luscious desserts like Mango with Sticky Rice, Steamed Banana wrapped in Banana Leaf, Tub Tim Krob (Chilled Sweet Red Rubies served with Coconut Milk), Pumpkin Custard, Black Sticky Rice Pudding, Screwpine Multi-Layer Sweet, Salapao (White Steamed Bun) and Lod Chong Nam Ka Ti (Cendol with Coconut milk and Palm Sugar).
