Sous Chef Sam Simon enjoys surprising diners with fresh takes on traditional Moroccan food, using delicious regional produce.

SERIOUSLY, this is an excellent blend! Start with chickpea soup, then move on to lamb tagine – leg of lamb tagine infused with the quintessential ‘ras el hanout mix of spices,’ saffron and honey, slow cooked until fork-tender before finally finishing off with baklava. How can you resist?

Hugo’s on 6 is open 7 days a week – Sunday to Thursday/ 12.00 noon to 1.00 am and Friday, Saturday and eve of Public Holidays/ 12.00 noon to 2.00 am. Kick off the evening with our happy hours special, with drinks 1 for 1 on all house-pouring spirits, beers and wines by the glass daily from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

Truly Moroccan is priced at RM55.00++ per set and available from 1 November to 30 December 2013, 12.00 noon to 1.00 am.
