Chatz Brasserie Restaurant treats its guests to an array of fresh seafood during the weekend buffet dinner, complemented with unlimited refills of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice.
Seafood is the all time favourite of many diners. Chefs of Chatz Brasserie at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur have thus put together a bountiful spread of local and international seafood delicacies, naming it Best of Malaysia: Seafood Buffet Dinner. Available on Friday and Saturday from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, it is priced at RM98++ per adult and RM49++ per child.
Dishes will be freshly prepared a-la minute at live cooking stations. Among the available stations are Grilled Seafood, Fried Chilli Crab, Japanese Selection, Live Tiger Prawns, BBQ Whole Fish and a Fish Carvery Station. The entire concept provides diners with a more laid-back feel while enjoying the freshly prepared dishes.
At the Grilled Seafood station, a selection of baby pomfret, stingray and live tiger prawns will be grilled to perfection by the chef. Savour them with chilli soy sauce or Thai chilli sauce. The Fried Chilli Crab is the next station to stop at. A concoction of chilli sauce and condiments, deep-fried crabs are stirred into the mixture, creating a perfect mouth-watering blend of meat and sauce.
The Fish Carvery Station lets you indulge in warm Baked Fish coated with bread crumbs. Fancy some Seafood on Ice? Prawns, mussels, oysters, scallops, clams and crab will definitely satisfy your craving. On the seafood platter, smoked salmon, marinated herring and terrine are delicately prepared. Over at the Japanese selection, find choices of Sashimi, Sushi and Maki.
Besides seafood, in line with PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur building a Local Connection among its guests, the Chicken Rice Stall invites you to savour its golden roasted chicken and duck, or steamed chicken served with rice and condiments. The Noodles and Roti Canai station are the local favourites which are also available.
A Homemade Pizza Corner can also be spotted at Chatz Brasserie. Pick from choices of toppings and sauces to go on your pizza. Also available on the menu are the Margarita and Hawaiian Chicken Pizza.
If you are craving for something sweet, an Ice Cream Stall is also stationed in the restaurant. Soothe your palate with an array of flavours and toppings. Adults and children alike get to personalise their ice cream just the way they like it. An Action Dessert Station unfolds the steps of how crepe is prepared, to be savoured along with toppings of honey glazed banana and kiwi.
