For buffet dinner, enjoy creamy roasted pumpkin soup, herb and pistachio-crusted lamb leg with caramelized shallot sauce, roasted chicken served with cranberry jelly, sausage and apple stuffing, oven roast beef sirloin with potato gratin, root vegetables, black pepper sauce, Norwegian salmon fillet wrap with assorted forest mushrooms, and panfish fillet with citrus butter sauce amongst others.
There is also a barbecue station serving a selection of meat and seafood items. It will not be Christmas without fruit cakes and all the Christmassy dessert offerings. So, make a beeline to Santa’s Goodies section, where you can indulge in Dundee fruit cake, Xmas pudding, an assortment of gingerbread items, stollen, and yule log cakes.
