According to research, it is a thrill for children to imagine what it was like when dinosaurs were once alive. Added with the mystery of an extinct creature, children eagerly want to learn and are intrigued by how dinosaurs are found from fossilized remains.

Learning about dinosaurs also benefits children, mentally and in personal growth. Aside from becoming smarter, it is a big confidence boost for a child when they’re able to know more dinosaurs than an adult can.

Featuring a Jurassic era theme, Dinosaur Kingdom transports visitors back to prehistoric times. Visitors to the park will enjoy discovering more than 25 various animatronic dinosaurs placed around the outdoor park and also learning about these ancient creatures in the education centre.

This open concept gives children the opportunity to enjoy a real life learning experience. Instead of merely reading about dinosaurs on a screen, children will get to come outside to experience, see and touch “dinosaurs” at the park.

DINOSAUR KINGDOM, THE PREHISTORIC HARBOUR

The Pre- Historic Harbour

In conjunction with the November school holidays, Dinosaur Kingdom, The Pre- Historic Harbour is located at Puteri Harbour, Johor Bahru from 20 November 2018 to 1 January 2019. The opening ceremony was officiated by YB Liow Cai Tung, Johor Women Development & Tourism Committee Chairman.

Known as the “Jewel of Iskandar Puteri”, the award-winning Puteri Harbour is the perfect getaway destination for families and holidayers with its galore of entertainment, food and waterway scenery. Puteri Harbour will also be an entertainment hub for the month of December.

With Dinosaur Kingdom, The PreHistoric Harbour set against such a lively location, visitors to the park can be assured of the ultimate getaway especially with numerous attractions.

Plus, Dinosaur Kingdom is having a collaboration with Moscow Circus in Johor Bahru.

25 ANIMATRONIC DINOSAURS
Discover 25 real-life dinosaurs throughout the park. Watch them thrash their tails, claws and hear them roar!

PTEROSAUR’S NEST
Scale the wall to reach the top of the structure and see the view from the Pterosaur’s Nest.

DINO RIDES
Riding a dinosaur is no longer dangerous or impossible. At the Dino Riders station, visitors can choose their favourite dinosaur to ride for a prehistoric opportunity.

BABY DINOSAUR TRAIL
Take a ride on your favorite baby dinosaur and have some fun along the dinosaur trail.

DRIFT ISLAND
Prepare for a race around the track as you show off your Go-Kart skills in our Drift Island!

RAPTOR’S MAZE
A challenge for the brave only. Find the key to escape the dangerous Raptor’s Maze but be careful of the stalking raptors.

Tons of fun for the little ones who will enjoy digging for dinosaur bones in our excavation site.

If digging for fossils isn’t enough, little ones will enjoy cracking open ice blocks to uncover frozen fossils.
