At Tonka Bean Café and Deli, a sumptuous buffet dinner spread with popular dishes from around the world awaits diners on Christmas Eve. Guests will enjoy tucking into much-loved favourites such as Whole Roasted Turkey with Apple Stuffing, Smoked Duck Terrine with Pistachio, Osso Bucco Milanese, Stuffed Chicken Galantine with Shallot Mustard Sauce, Steamed Red Snapper with Chilli Bean Sauce, Indian Fish Tikka Masala, Thai Pomelo Prawns and Glass Noodles Salad, Gulai Ayam Pedas and Ketam Lemak Nenas.
