Selangor, 2 November 2024 – The State of Selangor is gearing up for a banner year in 2025, welcoming travellers near and far to an extraordinary experience during Visit Selangor Year 2025. With a target of eight million arrivals and a goal of RM 11.7 billion in tourism spending, Selangor is ready to showcase the very best of Malaysia, all in one vibrant, culturally rich state.
To kick off this grand vision, Tourism Selangor hosts the Selangor Travel Fair from the 1st to the 3rd of November at Sunway Pyramid. The event is a full-on immersion into Selangor’s cultural and tourism riches, setting the stage for what’s bound to be an unforgettable year for visitors. Marking the pre-launch of the Visit Selangor Year 2025 campaign, this fair is also the moment where the official logo and theme song brought to life by none other than Aizat Amdan, Malaysia’s acclaimed singer-songwriter, are unveiled.
In addition to live performances, the fair presents exclusive travel deals and packages valued at over RM 200,000, courtesy of Journify by Malaysia Aviation Group. The event is also supported by Tourism Malaysia and MATTA, highlighting Selangor’s commitment to elevating tourism in ways that engage not just the public but the industry as a whole.

More than 20 tourism attractions are showcased, catering to every type of traveller. Headliners like SplashMania Waterpark, Skyline Luge, and Jumpstreet Asia Malaysia are there to lure the adventurous, while Farm in the City and Eastin Hotel showcase the serene side of Selangor’s tourism scene. There are even exclusive deals and packages, along with interactive activities like lucky draws, workshops, and traditional performances to keep visitors engaged and entertained.
