Nobu Kuala Lumpur celebrates the holy month of Ramadan with the Twilight Symphony menu, presenting guests a lavish option to “Buka Puasa” with your loved ones. Encapsulating Nobu Kuala Lumpur’s culinary expertise and inventive style of cooking, Executive Chef Philip Leong and his team curates a menu which elevates the restaurant’s signature Japanese-Peruvian Nobu style with hints of Malaysian flavours.

Available from 6th May to 4th June 2019, embrace Ramadan with a family style 4-course menu recommended for the entire table. To start off the evening, break your fast with a cold platter of dates, crispy shiitake with Betel leaf, Salmon New Style and clear soup; then settle the stomach with a hot platter of baby tiger shrimp, warm mushroom yuzu dressing and assorted sushi.

Guests continue the evening by choosing a distinctive main course dish, featuring enticing options such as the Salmon Yuzu Butter with Crispy Leaves or the Shiso Crusted Lamb with torch ginger chimichurri salsa; before completing the meal with a delightful Crispy Sago with soy caramel banana and coconut mousse.
