Still Waters
True to its “sosaku” (modern) roots, Still Waters will offer fusion set menus in conjunction with the celebration. Diners can choose between a selection of menus which incorparates Japanese and Cantonese influenced dishes.
Try out our Special Bento (in conjunction with Chinese New Year) and you will bent on getting more. Among dishes that available are Oyster Mentaiko Yaki (grilled oyster with fresh herbs and spicy fish roe sauce), Salmon Yakimono (baked fresh salmon trout with potato salad and ikura), Gyuniku Roll (pan fried sliced beef roll served with mash potato & teriyaki glaze), Golden Prawn Dumpling and Authentic Wok Fried Lamb.
The Special Bento Promotion at Still Waters is available during January & February for lunch and dinner. The priced is at RM 80.
Still Waters restaurant is located on the main entrance level of Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur and seats 62 persons including a semi-private dining room that seats 16 persons. It is open for lunch from 12 noon to 2.30 pm (Monday to Friday) and dinner from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm (Monday to Saturday).
Maya Brasserie
EAST COAST FLAVOURS
Malaysia is known as the ultimate food haven for tourists and even locals alike. Each state boasts of its own unique dishes. For an exclusive two weeks in January, discover flavorsome culinary dishes from the East Coast states of Kelantan and Terengganu.
Foodies will salivate to the aroma of ayam masak keremak kelantan, ayam percik, daging singgang, solok lada, sotong sambal serai harum, solo itik, nasi dagang and gulai ikan tongkol. The specialty dishes will be accompanied with a variety of local and international cuisine including appetizers, soups and even desserts that will not disappoint.
The East Coast Flavours buffet at Maya Brasserie is available for lunch (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) and priced at RM 95 per person.
Maya Brasserie is located at Level 1 of Hotel Maya and seats 100 persons. There is a semi-private dining room tucked in the premises of the outlet. The restaurant opens daily from 6.30 am to 12.00 am.
