It is indeed a food for the soul; made of incredibly smooth rice noodles and rich, intensely beefy broth with cinnamon, cloves and star anise aroma. And after all those savoury goodness, be sure to end the meal on a sweet note with the following choice of desserts; Sticky Rice Dumpling with Green Bean Syrup or Green Bean Cake or Coconut and Lotus Jelly.
