November 2017: It’s an exciting new chapter for Britain’s most stylish village. On 19 October Bicester Village grew by a third, adding more than 30 new boutiques to its already impressive stable of world-class brands to bring it to more than 160, all offering exceptional value.

Guests can discover a myriad of different brands including luxury womenswear, menswear, lifestyle and sportswear. Among the exciting new additions are boutiques from Acne, Joseph, Under Armour, Rapha (along with the signature Rapha Cycle Club), Bamford, Villeroy & Boch, Orlebar Brown, Dsquared2, The Cambridge Satchel Company and Zadig & Voltaire. Not to mention the pop-up boutiques sweeping in this autumn, which will include guest appearances from beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury, and shoes from Charlotte Olympia and Harrys of London.

This season also sees the launch of The British Collective, a Christmas wish come true in the shape of a multi-brand gifting boutique designed by celebrated interior designer and illustrator, Luke Edward Hall. Discover everything from the softest cashmere by Chinti & Parker, fabulous scarves by Lily and Lionel, small leather accessories by Pickett, beautiful lifestyle products from Czech & Speake to cheeky knitwear by Markus Lupfer amongst many more – perfect for presents you’ll have to steel yourself to give away.

The Secret Garden Café restaurant, a new addition to the food and beverage offer, will bring restorative sustenance with mouthwatering dishes that exemplify the best of British ingredients. This adds to the enticing portfolio in the Village that includes farmshop restaurant & cafe from the famous Soho House & Co, globally renowned for its laidback glamour, which sits at the opposite end of the Village. Guests can also discover a treasure-trove of locally inspired treats from seasonal food carts.

Guests at Bicester Village are uniquely sophisticated; hence the addition of No. 50, a new, by-appointment-only VIP space. This is a deluxe private space designed by celebrated interior designers, Carden Cunietti, where guests can retreat in absolute comfort for private shopping consultations, personalised trunk shows or to rest after a long day of shopping.

Bicester Village even has its own dedicated railway station, where visitors can take the 46-minute journey from London Marylebone to be easily transported straight to the Village, which is framed by the floral landscaping of Wild at Heart founder Nikki Tibbles. It’s as if the lush Oxfordshire countryside has crept into the Village… And within the enchanted silver birch forest sits an art installation by renowned British artist Bruce Munro. Moon Blooms will feature 2,266 organic twisting stainless steel stems, each topped with a small glass sphere to create a radiant gateway to Bicester Village.

Bicester Village never stands still. It is an ever-evolving destination; setting new standards with an incomparable brand mix presented against a backdrop of exceptional hospitality. This is the story of luxury shopping retold.

“We are thrilled to unveil the new expansion at Bicester Village. We have always strived to create a unique and stylish destination to welcome our discerning global guest. This new footprint allows us to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation to new levels, giving us the freedom to showcase young and exciting design talents of tomorrow whilst promoting the richness of culture offered by the Oxfordshire region,” said Desirée Bollier, Chair – Value Retail Management.
