“Heart Hunter” is proudly organized by V Share Communication and it is Malaysia’s first ever treasure hunt for charity event incorporating the strength of major organizations, business entrepreneurs and the general public to contribute for the less fortunate ones in our society. With love as the ultimate reason, we wish to encourage support and care for those around us. The beneficiary for our current event would be “Rumah Charis” located at Taman Lucky, Jalan Puchong.
“Rumah Charis” is a welfare organization registered in 1993 with Registrar of Societies Malaysia. Founded in 1988 and with love as the foundation for its establishment, “Rumah Charis” seeks to care for the poor and elderly. Started as an old folk’s home, it has now been extended to include an orphanage. The social welfare services provided by “Rumah Charis”, which has been established for more than 20 years now, include the provision of shelter, education, spiritual development and introduction of healthy community activities.

The activities at the above said event, through fun team play, are aimed at conveying five characteristics or virtues involving the Chinese word – “heart” namely “loving, caring, merciful, thoughtful and kindness” toward everyone. While engaging in such activities, the public could do its part and experience the joy, and hopefully a positive message about cherishing or treasuring one’s own life and loving ourselves and others, especially those who are less fortunate in our society would be duly conveyed.

The main target for the above said event would be teenagers and young families who love outdoor activities. Activities will be conducted through groups of four, looking for and collecting “loving” cards. Each card would have different amount of donation. The team with the most “loving” cards will win. The total amount of donation collected from the “loving” cards shall be donated solely to the designated beneficiary on 24th day of November 2013.
In order to make this event more lively and interesting, the organizer has appointed Malaysian artiste, “Miau Miau” as the ambassador for the event and invited her to have fun and to express her care and love together with all the participants. The organizer has also designed a creative and fun list of programs, so that every participant could enjoy in the treasure hunt challenge, and also to contribute towards the benefit of the society. It would be a very good opportunity and platform for all to get involved, and also for raising the public awareness of charity, to promote and to establish social care.
