A culinary journey that takes you back to the authentic experience of Malaysia’s rich culture and traditions. Blessed with influences that makes our food irresistible from all over Asia, Impiana KLCC Hotel is going back to the grassroots of presenting Malaysia Culinary Heritage.  

The hotel partnered with expert guidance, Datin Kalsom Taib on culinary heritage from each states in Malaysia. Datin Kalsom is the author of the award-winning cookbook Johor Palate: Tanjung Puteri Recipes and Malaysia’s Culinary Heritage: The Best of Authentic Traditional Recipes, as well as two celebrated home chefs, Ungku Balkis Ungku Abdul Hamid and Ungku Marhamah Shereen Ungku Abdul Hamid, who together with Datin Kalsom won an award for Best in the World in the Easy and Fast Recipes category for the most recent cookbook Recipes Are For Sharing.  

On 14-25 August 2023, Sabah & Sarawak, two state synonymous with this culinary fusion will take center stage during the Malaysia Culinary Heritage Food Promotion. You can indulge in culinary traditions such as Ru’ Tiahang Nu Sapi, Labo Senutu, Barobbo & Ambuyat, Ayam bumbu pedas Sri Sarawak and many more at Tonka Bean Café for lunch and dinner on weekdays.
