Culina Kuala Lumpur Celebrates Refined Malaysian Flavours Through a Special Menu
Step inside Culina Kuala Lumpur, and you’ll quickly realise this isn’t your average gourmet grocer, or your typical bistro, for that matter. Tucked beneath the Shoppes at Four Seasons Place, Culina is where KL’s food lovers come to browse, linger, and dine in style.
Hailing from a tradition of refined gastronomy, Culina offers KL’s discerning food lovers something they didn’t know they needed: an epicurean playground where artisanal groceries and a bistro-style eatery coexist under one très elegant roof. It’s also where personalisation takes centre stage. Customers may handpick the freshest seafood, premium cuts, or seasonal produce straight from the market shelves, and then pass their selection to the bistro’s open kitchen, where the chefs will transform it into a bespoke dish, cooked to perfection.

The sprawling space is an architectural dream brought to life by Paola Navone of OTTO Studio, Milan. The market is a visual feast, with everything from glistening fresh produce to delicately labelled canned goods arranged with military precision (albeit the chic kind). It’s less supermarket, more curated gallery of edibles.
In honour of Malaysia Day, Culina presents a limited-time menu that artfully reinterprets familiar flavours. Available until 30 September, it’s a gourmet celebration of the nation’s culinary roots, filtered through Culina’s market-to-bistro lens.
