Trip.com Enables Global Booking for PETRONAS Sky Xperience

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 February 2026 — Petrosains Sdn. Bhd. and Trip.com Group have signed a Memorandum of Collaboration enabling travellers worldwide to purchase PETRONAS Twin Towers Sky Xperience tickets directly via Trip.com’s global platform.

The partnership allows visitors to book tower visits alongside curated travel bundles integrating accommodation, transport and attractions, offering a seamless end-to-end planning experience for international and regional tourists.

Joint marketing initiatives across digital and on-site platforms will further strengthen the global visibility of both the PETRONAS Twin Towers and Petrosains, The Discovery Centre, positioning Kuala Lumpur as a destination combining iconic landmarks with educational and experiential tourism.

Ezarisma Azni Mohamad, Chief Executive Officer of Petrosains Sdn. Bhd., said the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to accessibility and experiential travel, allowing visitors to explore both the Twin Towers and Petrosains’ interactive science galleries more conveniently.

Chase Liu, General Manager of International Attractions & Tours Business Development at Trip.com Group, said modern travellers increasingly seek distinctive and meaningful experiences beyond traditional sightseeing, adding that the partnership expands Trip.com’s portfolio of unique attractions.

The collaboration builds on the PETRONAS Twin Towers’ recognition in the Trip.Best Global Rankings 2025, where it was listed among the Asia 100 Best Things to Do.

Petrosains also manages visit operations for the PETRONAS Twin Towers Sky Xperience, which includes access to the world’s tallest double-decked Sky Bridge at Level 41 and the Sky Deck at Level 86, offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur and interactive exhibits detailing the towers’ design and symbolism.

The initiative supports Visit Malaysia 2026 by enhancing digital accessibility and strengthening Malaysia’s tourism ecosystem through value-added collaborations.
