Dorsett Hospitality International is delighted to announce two restaurant partners for its second hotel in London, Dorsett City, in Aldgate. Set to launch in Q1 2017, Dorsett City will bring two immensely popular restaurants from West to East London for the very first time, with the opening of Shikumen and VQ (Vingt-Quatre).
Hotel guests and London locals will soon be able to enjoy two diverse dining options at Dorsett City, from breakfast through to dinner, with Shikumen offering innovative Asian inspired dishes and the vibrant VQ providing a new city hot-spot for classic comfort cuisine and cocktails. With popular outposts in Bloomsbury, Notting Hill and Chelsea; VQ is a unique and eclectic restaurant concept with a focus on serving up fun, as well as fantastic food. Whilst Shikumen at Dorsett City will follow in the footsteps of its flagship restaurant at Dorsett Shepherds Bush, which has received rave reviews from critics and hotel guests alike since it launched in 2014, including Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition in 2016.
As well as enhancing the East London restaurant scene, the sleek and stylish 13-storey Dorsett City will offer 267 guest rooms and suites, a roof-top bar and 1,600 sq. ft. of meeting space for the business community in a prime city location.
Dorsett Hospitality International’s first hotel, Dorsett Shepherds Bush, opened in 2014 and Dorsett City, London, will further underline the company’s vision to expand its hotel portfolio in selected strategic regions in the United Kingdom.
