Dorsett Hospitality International launches with new Putrajaya hotel under its belt. Dorsett Putrajaya, an urban midscale hotel with 218 rooms, is conveniently located in the heart of Malaysia’s federal administrative capital in Precinct 3.

Yang Berhormat Datuk Dr Loga Bala Mohan, Deputy Minister of Federal Territories, officiated the soft launch of Dorsett Putrajaya on last Saturday along with Mr. Mohammad Sahar Mat Din, Deputy President of the Malaysian Islamic Chamber of Commerce; Puan Rosilawi Ismail, Chief Executive Officer of Bright Site Sdn Bhd; and Datin Zuraidah, Badan Kebajikan Mutiara Putrajaya. Also present during the ceremony were Mr. Clarence Wong, Dorsett Hospitality International’s Chief Operating Officer; Datin Jasmine Abdullah Heng, Vice Chairman of Dorsett Hospitality International; Mr. Hugo Gerritsen, Area General Manager; and key individuals from Mayland Avenue Sdn Bhd – Mr. Adam Leow (Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Warren Tan  (Managing Director) and Ms. Pel Loh (Executive Director).

During the event, Dorsett Putrajaya rewarded its first few guests including Associate Professor Doctor Nor Fadilah Rajab for being the first guest of Dorsett Putrajaya, and Ms. Kuek Huai Niang and family walked away as the lucky draw grand prize winner with a package of 3days 2nights stay in Dorsett Suite at Dorsett Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong with return flight ticket courtesy of Malaysia Airlines Berhad for two persons.
