Kuala Lumpur, 9 March 2017 – Malaysians will be able to enjoy special fares to a host of exciting destinations across Emirates’ vast global network during the upcoming Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) Fair which takes place from 17th – 19th March 2017 at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC).
These fares, which cover over 90 popular destinations in Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East are offered in conjunction with Emirates’ participation as the Official Airline at this year’s MATTA Fair. Bookings have to be made between 10th March 2017 and 26th March 2017 for travel between 1st April 2017 and 31st January 2018.
All-inclusive Economy Class fares start at RM2,539 to the United Kingdom and Ireland; RM2,279 to Europe; RM2,309 to the Middle East; RM2,349 to Africa; and RM3,969 to the Americas. Business Class fares start at RM11,219 to the United Kingdom and Ireland; RM9,759 to Europe; RM7,819 to the Middle East; RM10,329 to Africa; and RM14,749 to the Americas.

Currently, Emirates flies three times daily between Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.

As part of this year’s fair, customers have a chance to opt for exciting new destinations such as Emirates’ latest European destination, Zagreb, to which it will it fly daily from its home base in Dubai starting 1st June. The city of Zagreb is steeped in culture and history, with an abundance of charming sidewalk cafes and restaurants to be enjoyed during the spring and summer months.
During this year’s MATTA event, participants will have the chance to win tickets to travel to destinations such as the United Kingdom. This is part of the buyer’s competition event jointly organized by MATTA and its airline partners.
During the upcoming MATTA Fair, Lewis the Lion, an Emirates’ Fly With Me mascot will make a special appearance. Visitors can watch out for him and stand a chance to win Emirates goodies.
2017 is an exciting year as the airline. Amongst other things, Emirates has announced its first ever A380 service to Casablanca on 26 March 2017. The service will provide travelers from across the Emirates’ network with the ideal connectivity via Emirates’ ultra-modern Dubai hub.
