Starring a well-rounded mix of traditional Southeast Asian inspired delicacies, as well as other fusion and local eats, this tempting buffet spread with over 70 dishes and 10 stalls is passionately put together by CCEC’s talented culinary team led by their specialist Malay Chef, Chef Raja Romzi.

Guests can look forward to classic ‘Kampung’ and ‘Indonesian’ dishes with a twist like Scallop dan Isi Kupang Masak Sambal, Daging Kerutub, Ikan Bakar ala Bakasem, Perut Goreng bersama Kacang Botor, and Ikan Pindang Masak Tempoyak.
Other delectable frontrunners include freshly made Kerabu Daging Bakar Serai, Selada Udang Karang Gohu, Kakap Merah Banyuwangi, and the option of additional action stalls for Roasted Whole Lamb or Sharwama.
Additionally, those with a sweet tooth can expect seasonal traditional sweet treats like Pengat Durian, Tapai Pulut, Bubur Candil, Jaja Injin, and Pistachio Baklava among several other delightful desserts.

Especially for groups dining and corporate events, this special buffet dinner menu is available from 17 May to 13 June and is priced at RM110 per person, with a minimum booking of 50 persons required.
