With Executive Chef Hashrul at the helm, guest can look forward to a well-balanced menu featuring local and western-fusion cuisine. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to retain its freshness, flavor and it is artistically put together to appeal to the most discerning of tastes.
Riding on the concept of Element Kuala Lumpur’s brand signature Rise breakfast, the restaurant offers fresh, healthy options that cater to the needs and lifestyle of the guests. Breakfast comprises of wholesome dishes like homemade granola, refreshing smoothies and chef’s daily special egg which presents a different rendition of an egg recipe every day including a 63 °C Sous-Vide Hen’s Egg.

As for lunch and dinner, TRACE features a la carte signature main courses such as sous-vide baby chicken, Nasi Kukus Ayam Berempah, Alaskan Cod and Live Well Salad. Guests with a sweet tooth will also be happy to know that there are numerous deserts to choose from including TRACE’s Exotic Fruit Lava Carrot Cake and Earl Grey Chocolate Sphere.

Designed by Avalon Collective Interior Design (ACID), the restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows with abundance of natural sunlight. The use of bold and striking rainforest-green stone is in line with the Hotel’s eco-conscious theme, it is an elegant and unique addition to the restaurant.
TRACE restaurant and bar will be open daily from 6.30am – 11.00pm, serving breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner and handcrafted cocktails.
