During Chef Fei’s exclusive gourmet week at Yi Yang restaurant, guests will be able to enjoy his new take on classic Chinese fare that he will create specially for Mandarin Oriental, Sanya. Menus will feature dishes such as Kungfu Soup with Matsutake Mushroom, and Seared Crayfish with Homemade Garlic Sauce, alongside Pan-fried goose with Radish Dumpling and other specialities.

Also, guests will be able to order Chef Fei’s carefully crafted six-course lunch menu and two seven-course dinner menus featuring dishes made from the finest seasonal produce. The menus are priced at CNY 588 per person for lunch, and either CNY 688 or CNY 888 for dinner. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and tax.
