Kuala Lumpur, May 08 2019 – It was once said that a mother’s happiness is like a beacon, lighting up the future but reflected also on the past in the guise of fond memories. This Mothers’ Day is the perfect time to reminisce those fond memories with the “queen of our hearts” in celebration of her happiness, to which nothing else can compare.

To make the occasion more memorable and joyous, Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree has put together a special dining package at its Japanese restaurant, Ebisu, with a five-course menu specially curated to mark this truly special occasion. To whet the appetite, the five-course menu at Ebisu begins with a Wild Garden Salad with Raw Seafood, Crab Stick and Japanese Cucumber, delectably tossed in a special Mayonnaise Sauce. This is followed by a duo of California Roll and Prawn Tempura Roll.

The heat is then turned up with Hotate Gratin featuring Grilled Scallop and Shimeji Mushroom, fused together on the grill with White Sauce – the perfect prelude to the Main Dish – an assortment of seafood and chicken, cooked in a pot with vegetables and served with a special soy bean soup.

Such an impeccable meal deserves a truly sweet ending, and the kitchen wizards at Ebisu are certainly not leaving anything to chance with a charming Sweet Potato Pudding served with Red Bean Paste.
