Depending on the preferred cuts, the wagyu beef choices include Grilled Wagyu Sirloin served with glazed vegetables, seared polenta cake, caramelized onions and Barolo wine sauce, Grilled Wagyu Rump Steak served with sautéed mushrooms, roasted baby tomatoes, cocktail potatoes served and Armagnac and pepper-raising sauce and Roasted Wagyu Thick Skirt served with grilled new potatoes, cracked wheat panzanella and salsa verde.For the premium Master Kobe, try the Seared Pepper Crusted Master Kobe Beef Carpaccio, a dish that is simple yet definitely puts the chef’s skill to test, the juicy Grilled Master Kobe Flat Iron Steak served with smoked truffle butter, sautéed potatoes and balsamic grilled vegetables or the Grilled Master Kobe Chuck Tail Flat served with Milanese style risotto cake, summer vegetables and spicy Sicilian tomato salsa.  There is also a burger option in the menu, Grilled Master Kobe Steak with roma tomatoes, fried onions and mustard relish in a Parmesan ciabatta.
