Some traditional and modern museums in Tokyo are providing virtual tours for art lovers to remain creative during the coronavirus outbreak.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, numbers of museums in Tokyo have been temporarily closed. However, art lovers alike should remain creative even during times like this – hence with this in mind, some museums in Tokyo are offering a fun experience through online.

To give an example, Mori Art Museum is launching a limited-time online program “Stay Home, Stay Creative: MAM @ HOME” on the website Mori Art Museum DIGITAL.

Visitors can enjoy various contents such as “Future and the Arts 3D Walkthrough”, “Online Sneak Preview of MAM Screen 013: Mounira Al Solh” and more.

On social media platforms, they can also enjoy a new project entitled “ARTISTS COOKBOOK BY MAM” which features a virtual compilation of special recipes, stories and photographs sent from artists all over the world.
