SUBANG: Firefly is targeting a 20 per cent increase in sales revenue for its turboprop operation at the upcoming MATTA Fair in Kuala Lumpur, compared to sales of RM1 million made at last year’s fair.
COO Shorthaul Malaysia Airlines/ Firefly, Ignatius M.C. Ong, said: “This year at MATTA Fair from March 16 – 18, we will offer best deals, value add-ons and incorporate shopping into some of our travel and tour packages as we know shopping is an evergreen, year-round activity.We will reward walk-in customers by offering lucky dip prizes worth a total value of RM100,000 for a minimum purchase of a travel package worth RM500. The highest spender on each day will receive two Malaysia Airlines tickets to selected regional destinations. The total value of these tickets are RM14,000.
