20 March 2018, Kuala Lumpur – Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Kuala Lumpur Office organised a luncheon with the theme ‘Luxurious Experiences Thailand’ at Rama V Thai Restaurant to promote the kingdom’s latest lifestyle offerings to the affluent market in Malaysia.

During the luncheon, TAT showcased Thailand’s luxury lifestyle experiences from some of the most relaxing, diverse, cultural and richly indulgent products and services in Thailand. The country offers a wide variety of customised luxury experiences for high-end travellers, including five-star hotels and resorts with privacy and seclusion, airlines, cruises, upscale restaurant, gold courses, award- winning spas, certified health centres and many more.

“The objective of today’s event is to enhance the image of Thailand as a premier luxury destination for high-end travellers. Therefore, today we have with us Thai tourism operators, from the high-end hoteliers and tourism related services such as airlines and cruises presenting their luxury products that offer ‘valuable experiences’. This will surely make your holiday in Thailand deeply memorable. We are also confident that our high-end travellers will enjoy their stay and have a restorative and relaxing experience that they can share with their loved ones, families and friends when visiting Thailand,” said the Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand, Kuala Lumpur Office Mr. Ahman Mad-adam.

“In June 2018, we will have luxury cars event in Hua Hin, where many luxury cars owners form Malaysia will participate,” he added.

The five tourism operators from Thailand who presented their luxury product offerings were Thai Airways International, Bangkok Airways, La Flora Group (La Vela Khao Lak), The Ritz-Carlton Samui, and Live Life Andaman Cruising.

The attending tourism industry players and members of media were feted with upmarket Thai cuisine. They also sampled the renowned Thai massage on the sidelines, besides being given the chance to win luxurious prizes during the lucky draw.
