Chef Firdaus, who recently showcased Malaysia’s culinary prowess as captain of the national team at the IKA Culinary Olympics 2024 in Germany, presents a menu highlighting his artistry and flair. Highlights include:

Meanwhile, Chef Suzana, with over 20 years of expertise in crafting exquisite desserts, will delight diners with a signature Traditional Orange Chocolate Yule Log Cake, a festive favourite.
For guests at the Platinum Lounge, the culinary experience is elevated with an indulgent 4-course menu. Diners will begin with House-Cured Salmon with Citrus Salad and Split Yogurt Dressing, followed by the aromatic Truffle-Scented Celeriac and Hazelnut Soup. Main course options include:
Spice-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Smoked Potato Purée, Vegetable Ratatouille, and Pearl Onion Jus
Stuffed Chicken Roulade with Dried Fruits, Smoked Potato Purée, Vegetable Ratatouille, and Pearl Onion Jus
The meal concludes with Chef Suzana’s rich and velvety Black Forest Log Cake with Berry Coulis.
