In an exclusive collaboration, award-winning Chef Ramos Jalang Nyawai partners with Executive Chef Aris Fadilah to present a collection of dishes that artfully blend heritage, authenticity, and modern luxury.

Available from 31 August to 16 September 2025 at the hotel’s signature rooftop destination, PJ’s Bar & Grill, Level 30, the limited-time promotion introduces 10 exquisite creations, each celebrating Sarawak’s rich culinary identity while enhanced with a touch of contemporary finesse.

Sourcing only the finest ingredients flown in from Sarawak, Chef Ramos has meticulously curated a menu that honours tradition while indulging the senses. Among the highlights are:
