The Mediterranean countries’ rich melting pot of culture has resulted in the interesting mix of cuisine renowned all over the world. This August, Maya Brasserie offers a special Mediterranean and Pasta food promotion.
Authentic buffet spread of delicious Mediterranean cuisine which includes appetizer, salad, selected cheese variety, main dishes and desserts native to the Mediterranean shores. Diners can look forward to dishes like Pilaf with Saffron,Hashweh Ground Beef and Rice with Nuts and Raisins, Izmir Koftesi (Lamb Meatballs in Tomato Sauce), , Dajaj Ablama (Chicken Stew), Mushroom Ravioli with Tomato Sauce , Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Black pepper Tri Colour Penne and many more.
Dessert will include Balah El Sham (Deep Fried Choux Paste), Baghrir with Dates (Moroccan Pancake with Dates and Almond, assorted cakes and Haagen Dazs ice cream.
The Mediterranean and Pasta at Maya Brasserie is available for lunch from 1 – 27 August 2016 (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). The buffet is priced at RM 95 per adult and RM 50 for children between 5- 12 years old.
Maya Brasserie is located at Level 1 of Hotel Maya and seats 100 persons. There is a semi-private dining room tucked in the premises of the outlet. The restaurant is open daily from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm.

This month, scallops will be the main feature in Still Waters. The firm and tender texture of scallops will be prepared in various dishes.
USA Scallop on the menu will range from Spicy Scallop Sushi Maki (Seared Scallop with Salmon Trout, Avacado and Spicy Mayonnaise), Scallop Yakimono (Grilled Scallop, Portobello Mushroom with Sea Salt, Truffle, Baby Herbs and Sweet Miso), Scallop Agemono (Deep Fried Scallop served with Wasabi Mayo, Green Salad and Tonkatsu Sauce), Scallop Teppanyaki Style (Scallop Teppanyaki Style served with Beef Salami and Spinach Butter Sauce)
The Cantonese varieties will feature unique dishes such as Scallop in Garlic, Healthy Sacllop Consume (Double Boiled Chicken Consomme with Duo Scallop, Morel Mushroom, Bamboo Fungus, Fresh Ginseng and Enoki Mushroom), Pan Seared Scallop (Marinated Grilled Scallop with Chinese Avocado Salsa) and Stir Fried Vegetables with Scallop (Stir Fried Scallop with Lotus Root, Asparagus, Celery and Capsicum)
The USA Scallop promotion offers dishes priced at RM 60 and is available during lunch and dinner on August 2016 (except Sundays and Public Holidays).
Still Waters restaurant is located on the main entrance level of Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur and seats 62 persons including a semi-private dining room that seats 16 persons. It is open for lunch from 12 noon to 2.30 pm (Monday to Friday) and dinner from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm (Monday to Saturday).
