Hotel Maya nation’s melting pot of culture promises an exciting selection of dishes to suit everyone. Join for an afternoon of celebration and fun. Among favourites that will be served includes mee rebus, assorted dim sum, jumbo satay with condiments, pandan nasi lemak with beef rendang and condiments, kari ikan, daging masak kicap, crispy fried prawn fritters with wasabi mayo, fresh seafood on ice, Vietnamese pomelo and chicken salad, kerabu udang mangga and kerabu ikan sardin.
The specialty dishes will be accompanied with a variety of local and international cuisine including appetizers, soups and even desserts that will not disappoint such as cendol gula melaka santan jelly, ais kacang, cempedak cheese cake, serawa durian, pineapple tart, curry puff and chocolate fondue with mixed fruits.
The Merdeka Day Treats at Maya Brasserie is available for Hi-Tea on 31 August 2016 from 12.noon – 4.00pm. The buffet is priced at RM 68 per adult and RM 40 for children between 5- 12 years old.

Maya Brasserie is located at Level 1 of Hotel Maya and seats 100 persons. There is a semi-private dining room tucked in the premises of the outlet. The restaurant opens daily from 6.30 am to 12.00 am.
