From now to 31 October 2024, guests are invited to savour a selection of classic British dishes and live-carved meats, specially curated by Executive Chef Scott Brand to pay homage to the hearty and flavoursome cuisine of the British Isles. The Great British Affairs, offers a unique opportunity to enjoy exquisite British cuisine in a warm, inviting setting.
Live Carving Station – A Taste of Luxury
Available for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, the live carving station will showcase timeless British roasts. Guests can enjoy premium Black Angus Beef Wellington, encased in golden puff pastry, or the aromatic Boneless Leg of Lamb, seasoned with rosemary and fresh thyme. Accompanying these sumptuous meats are Yorkshire pudding, a generous serving of gravy, roasted oatmeal with fried onions and refillable sides dishes – a true nod to British tradition.
Delectable Side Dishes and Desserts
To complement the mains, guests can choose from classic sides like creamy mashed potatoes, roasted baby new potatoes, and a selection of roasted autumn root vegetables. No British feast is complete without dessert, and they offer two beloved options: Warm Baked Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream and Sticky Toffee Pudding drizzled with rich caramel sauce.
A La Carte Specialities
In addition to the live carving station, Arthur’s Bar & Grill will offer a selection of à la carte dishes, available daily for lunch and dinner. These include favourites such as Scotch Egg, Scottish Smoked Salmon, and Deconstructed Prawn Cocktail. For those seeking individual portions of the iconic Black Angus Beef Wellington, Chef Scott Brand has prepared a special serving sure to satisfy. For weekday diners, a 2-course lunch set is available from Monday to Friday, priced at RM 70 per person, offering a choice of 1 appetiser or dessert and 1 main course.
