Roasted Lamb with Oriental Rice

Ramadan is not complete without roasted lamb but with a side of oriental rice, the taste just gets better! The lamb is well seasoned with rosemary leaves and olive oil, roasted to perfection while the oriental rice is cooked with fresh vegetables and herbs, making it an utterly delicious combination.

2. Chicken and Beef Satay

Beef and Chicken Satay

A Malaysian classic, satay (skewered grilled meat) is everyone’s favourite! With the choice of either chicken and beef to be dipped in flavourful peanut sauce and eaten with sliced cucumbers, onions and nasi impit (compacted rice) in the side, this much-loved delicacy will definitely leave you wanting more.

Since savouring dessert is part of the iftar experience, be sure to go for one of Malaysia’s much-loved desserts called Serawa Durian (durian flesh cooked with coconut milk, brown sugar and pandan leaves). Its rich and creamy gravy-like texture goes well with glutinous rice, which adds a satisfying mix to the iftar spread!

The corporate iftar promotion (for 100 persons and above), will be available daily throughout Ramadan from MYR128+ per person at Hall 5 on Level 2. MITEC also offers a designated prayer room, telekung (prayer outfit for females), prayer mats, sandals and on-site ablution facility so that Muslims can comfortably perform Maghrib, Isya’ and Tarawih prayers when they enjoy their iftar at MITEC.

For reservations, please contact +603 6206 0100 (Bibi) or email to sales@mitec.com.my.
