
Introducing The Treasure Menus at Nobu Kuala Lumpur
The Year of the Tiger is off to an auspicious start with the Nobu Style Fortune Platter, where guests can enjoy a selection of two dishes made for sharing.
Toss to prosperity and abundance with the ultimate sharing platter, Sashimi Fortune Platter for RM188++, which comes with slices of tuna, salmon and botan ebi new style to pair with freshly-made sour plum sauce, whose tangy notes makes for a delectable experience. In addition to the menu is the New Year ‘Nabemono’, comprising of Wagyu Short Rib, Scallop, Sea Cucumber and Foie Gras, priced at RM288++. Both dishes are made perfect for two.

The Nobu Style Fortune Platter menu will be available from 15th January – 11th February and is sold on an ala carte basis.

Valentine’s Day is a day where couples all over the world shower each other with extra affection to celebrate their love. This year is no exception as Nobu Kuala Lumpur has put together a unique and lavish six-course menu, Omakase Love Affair at Nobu, in conjunction with this special day to treat your loved ones to a luxurious and romantic dining experience.
The six-course menu begins with a delicate and gently-seared Tuna Tataki with Tofu Sauce that melts in the mouth; the perfect appetizer. The next dish on the menu is the signature Chef’s Sushi Selection comprising fresh cuts of Kampachi, Ebi, Salmon and Madai, specially selected by Head Sushi Chef Masa. Leading up to the hot dishes is the Steam Coral Grouper with Wasabi Corn Salsa and Umi Budo, which is also known as sea grapes that pops in your mouth with every bite to make for an exquisite dish. The highlight of the menu features a mouth-watering serving of Nobu’s signature Wagyu Sirloin with smoked black bean miso, pickled radish and carrot puree, as well as Mushroom Foie Gras Miso Soup. The delectable menu comes to a sweet end with the Yuzu Raspberry Tarte served with Jasmine Tea Jelly and Beetroot Sorbet.
The Omakase Love Affair at Nobu menu is priced at RM550++ per person and is available only on 12th – 14th February.
