Welcome to the official website for the sixth anniversary Malaysian Open, Kuala Lumpur, an official ATP World Tour 250 tournament.

It is a tremendous honor for Kuala Lumpur and for Malaysia to be hosting this tournament once again, and my team and I are extremely excited to be building upon what has already been achieved since 2009.
So many persons and organisations continue to contribute to making this tournament possible. I salute and thank you all and believe that the best way to express our gratitude, is to make this tournament the absolute best it can be – a jewel in Malaysia’s sporting and social calendar. Permanent hallmarks and tournament will always be great players from countries far and wide, happy fans that enjoy unforgettable experiences each time they interact with the tournament, world-class marketing and massive local and international television coverage, and an unwavering commitment to “do things right” – and to the highest standards possible. Our famous daily catch the lucky ball contests continue and as does the wildly successful shirt promotion introduced last year, whereby fans with paid up tickets can take home an official ATP 250 event shirt – up to 500 free shirts for each ticketed event day (Wednesday to Sunday).
