Guests will be spoiled for choice with over 150 types of local and international delicacies specially curated by Chef Budiman and his team of culinary experts.
Highlights of the buffet include fresh seafood and Malaysian favorites including the Signature Daging Tempayan by Chef Budiman, marinated with Asian spices and slowly braised in a tandoori oven over 9 hours, Roasted Lamb, Beef Rendang, Royal Sup Malay and extensive Kuih-Muih delicacies. They will definitely leave your taste buds tingling with delight!
On top of these, be sure to spare some space for the delectable items from the Japanese section. Guests can expect the freshest sashimi, flavourful udon and our personal favourite, the teppanyaki.
