Reflections at The National Palace Museum
Complementing its permanent collection of nearly 700,000 pieces of ancient Chinese imperial artifacts and artworks, the Taipei museum will hold Reflection of the Emperor, The Collection and Culture of Mirrors at the Qing Court from now until February 2017. Revealing the one-thousand-year history of mirrors, the exhibition offers an opportunity for visitors to analyze the changing roles and different uses of the looking glass in China through the centuries.
Fashionable Huashan 1914 – Creative Park
Exhibiting a wide selection of prints from the Condé Nast archives, the Coming into Fashion – A Century of Photography at Condé Nast at the Huashan 1914 Creative Park will include images from the early days of fashion photography at the beginning of the 20th century. Held from now until 27 November 2016, the exhibition showcases works by many groundbreaking artists and notable photographers.
