Nusantara Specials for Berbuka Puasa at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi
23 March 2022, Kuala Lumpur – For the month of Ramadan, Langkawi Kitchen offers delightful varieties of Nusantara specials using the freshest local ingredients. The head chef, Chef Mujtahid Lukman has curated a selection of dishes that best represent cuisines, reflective of the Nusantara region, diverse in culture and rich in spices.
The Langkawi Kitchen’s aisle is brimming with nostalgic delicacies that showcase a variety of flavours such as Daging Bakar Percik Minang, Kambing Panggang Rempah Basah, Soto Ayam Madura, aromatic Ayam Bakar Limau Cencalok, and many more. The buffet also offers favourite signature drinks like Kathira, Soya Cincau and the popular Malaysian Teh Tarik.
The restaurant offers diners the opportunity to dine in comfort at Langkawi Kitchen surrounded by lush, serene and magnificent rainforest.
The berbuka puasa buffet is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the month of Ramadan, from 8 April to 1 May 2022, priced at RM128 nett per adult and RM65 nett per child (6-11 years old). There is no charge for children under the age of five years old.
