To many Malay Muslims, Ramadan normally remind them of delicious home-cooked food prepared using age-old recipes served in the midst of bucolic kampung ambience. With this in mind, Cyberview Resort & Spa is set to delight diners with its bountiful buffet spread of delicious, local favourites with tropical ambiance and breathtaking landscapes and greeneries.

The resorts all day dining outlet, The Verandah, sets up its famous non-stop action stalls that cook up scrumptious servings suitable for breaking fast, totalling 222 menus comprising delicious local and international fares such as pasta, Kambing Panggang Golek, Dim Sum and Yong Tau Foo, Roti Mamak, Ikan Bakar, Durian, and Sup Tulang Merah dengan Roti Bakar, just to name a few.

“When I first came to the city, I realised that most of our traditional delicacies available in the market have lost its original taste in the name of innovation and adaptation. So what I did here is to bring back the original flavours and hope it tastes similar with the ones you had back in kampung,” said Chef Imran.

From the buffet line, guests can look forward to a variety of appetisers like Kerabu Taugeh dan Perut, Kerabu Makanan Laut, Acar Buah, Ulam Raja, Daun Gajus, Sambal Belacan, Sambal Hijau, Sambal Jawa, and many more. Other hot fares include Rendang Rusa, Gulai Itik, Kerutub Ostrich, Kambing Masak Kuzi, Itik Panggang dengan Sos Kari, Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri, Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api dengan Rebung and Bubur Lambuk, among others.

But that’s not all. To quench the thirst, the outlet’s JUICE BAR is filled with drinks like cold Sugar Cane, Soya Bean, Bandung, Cincau, Khatira and hot Teh Tarik.

Diners are invited to end their meal with the wide selection of desserts such as Red Velvet Cake, Carrot Cake, Banana Moist Cake, Assortment of Malay Kuih and Traditional Sweet Delicacies, Mango Pudding, Banana Bread Butter Pudding, Pengat Durian, Pengat Pisang, 12 flavours of Ice Cream with over 20 condiments, chocolate fountain with condiments, fruit stall and more.
