Structured in three tiers – Silver, Gold and Diamond – Shilla Rewards is applicable across the brand’s properties, including The Shilla Seoul, The Shilla Jeju, and all Shilla Stay locations. The further guests advance through the program, the more complimentary extras and privileges become available. As a Shilla Rewards member, guests can enjoy food and beverage discounts, complimentary laundry service, room upgrades, guaranteed reservations, express check-in and check-out as well as access to executive lounges.

Upon joining Shilla Rewards, members receive an exclusive welcome amenity when staying at The Shilla Seoul or The Shilla Jeju. For Silver members, 3% of their room charges and 1% of food and beverage expenses can be converted into points. Each point is equivalent to 1 KRW in redeemable cash value, and additional points can be accumulated by Gold and Diamond members.

Unlike most other hotel membership programs, Shilla Rewards members can accumulate points through purchases made at The Shilla’s various dining outlets, as well as earn points when staying at a Shilla property. The points can be used at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts and Shilla Stay locations starting from an accumulated value of KRW10,000. Loyalty members who have over KRW50,000 points can exchange them for exclusive Samsung vouchers which are welcome at participating hotels, Shilla Duty Free, various department stores, museums and galleries.
