The National Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN) organised the International Aborigines and Indigenous Arts Festival (FKOAP) under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture that was held recently from October 22nd to the 25th at the Titiwangsa Lake Garden Stadium, Kuala Lumpur.
