Empire Hotel Subang ushers in the festive season with mouth-watering favourites for the whole family during Christmas and New Year this 2017 at its Kitchen Art Brasserie.
The hotel’s experienced culinary team proudly presents an array of popular dishes from Orange Smoked Duck, Spinach Quiche, Spanish Paella, and Roasted Turkey with four different types of sauces to Laksa Johor, Greek styled Beef Shawarna, Authentic Penang Pasembor, Live Pasta, an assortment of imported cheese and antipasto including seafood on ice among others.
For a memorable finale to the buffet, don’t miss the decadent dessert counter and Kid’s Corner. Delve into the hand-crafted sweet indulgences such as Cotton Candy, Chocolate Fountain, Gingerbread Man and Yule Log.
While the eve and festive days would showcase their specialties, the other 30 over dishes will run on a rotational basis to ensure repeat diners will have new flavours to savour.
Guests are also feted with the presence of Santa Claus and Santarina on Christmas Eve as they bring party favours and festive cheer to all diners.
