The ‘Sup Gear Box’ will make a warm and fragrant start to the Iftar, followed by locally inspired delights such as ‘Kambing Golek’ (a slow-roasted whole marinated Lamb in Percik Spice), ‘Ayam Kampung Masak Merah Saujana’, ‘Gulai Ikan Yu dengan Daun Kesom’, ‘Ketam Masak Lada Hitam’, ‘Daging Masak Merah dengan Nenas’, ‘Sotong Goreng Rangup Masak Pedas’, ‘Kai Lan Goreng Ikan Masin Cili Padi’, ‘Udang Laut Goreng Butter Basah’, ‘Roasted Duck with Spicy Sauce’, ‘Ikan Patin Asam Tempoyak’, Daging Masak Hitam Charcoal, plus many more mouth-watering dishes to select from.
Seafood connoisseur can savour in this year’s back by popular demand, Seafood-on-ice with Poached Tiger Prawns, Flower Crabs and New Zealand Mussels. Aside from that, we have Baked Fresh Oysters with Orange Cheddar Cheese and Creamed Spinach.
Charcoal’s flaming revolution has inspired new creation from the grill this year, Marinated Squid with Turmeric, a dish that will leave you with a tangy yet memorable taste, while Beef Striploin in Saffron and Cardamom is a flavourful must-try dish. Another exciting serving will be the ‘Kerang dengan Air Asam’.
You can witness our chefs create dishes at live cooking stations for a dining experience that engages all your heartily satisfies to the appetite, using the freshest ingredients with the main highlight being the Charcoal Nasi Lemak Telur Bungkus – comprising of Chef’s Flavour of Coconut Rice Sambal Ikan Bilis and Bawang, Sambal Ikan Sardin, Ayam Panggang Percik. On top of that, there will be some old time favourite, ‘Goreng-Goreng’ stall not forgetting the greens, ‘Ulam-ulaman’, six types of ‘Jeruk’ on rotation, wholesome ‘Bubur Lambuk’ and sweet delights such as Dodol, Buah Kurma, Tapai Pulut, Tapai Ubi and other Malay Kuih, ‘Bubur Pulut Durian’, ‘Ice Kacang with Durian Paste’ and some western desserts such as Hazelnut Chocolate Cake, Black Forest Cake, followed by ‘Buah-buahan Tempatan’ and a ‘Kopitiam’ stall.
The buffet is priced at RM162++ per adult and children between the age of six and twelve years old can enjoy 50% discount while those below the age of 6 years old eat for free.
