Melaka – Some 1,000 visitors, mostly soon-to-be grooms and brides turned out at the exclusive Bridal Fair organized by the Holiday Inn Melaka recently.

This time, the event was held for straight 2 days on the 10th & 11th November 2012 with more attractive wedding services offered.

“This Bridal Fair has everything we needed to plan for a wedding” said a soon-to-be Mr. & Mrs. “Plus, the wedding planners from Holiday Inn Melaka treated us like family, helping us to plan for our wedding reception from A to Z” they added.

This event brought together some 15 vendors to showcase what they had to offer to bring a dream wedding to life. Apart from the hotel, there were wedding gown and suit boutiques, make-up saloons, spa, wedding album photographers, professional wedding decorators and many more.

During the event, patrons were entertained with glamorous fashion shows, live band performances, also tips and demonstrations shared by the participating vendors.“Planning for your wedding can be overwhelming, so let us take that pressure off you by allowing us to be part of your special day.” said Alvin Jaiyaseelan, General Manager of Holiday Inn Melaka.

The highlight of the event was the launching of new addition wedding décors and wedding packages for nuptials ceremony to be held at the hotel.The was also a lucky draw session where few lucky patrons won free nights stay at destinations such as Singapore, Bangkok (Thailand), and Batam (Indonesia).

Apart from that, all patrons who visited the exhibition walked away with goodie bags and received lots of sample giveaways by the vendors.During the fair, some 15 couples had taken the advantage to enjoy extra perks when they confirmed their wedding event at the hotel for 2013.
